Cost is $50 for a 9 x 9 booth and will be assigned on a first come first paid basis.
Bring your own table(s) or rent an 8-foot table for $8 each.
- Pop-up tents must only be used in spaces along the outer walls.
- No refunds will be made if spaces are not used, nor will any refund be made for space used only part of the time or in event of inclement weather.
- Vendor hereby waives any and all claims against the Josephine County Fairgrounds and Event Center, its Agents, Officers and Employees resulting from loss, theft, damage or destruction to property, or from personal injuries to the Vendor, Agents and Customers.
- Anyone selling food items must provide $1,000,000 of liability insurance and all health permits and licensing required.
- Booth must remain open during event hours. Absolutely NO packing and leaving early.
- If mask mandate is in effect, masks will be required. By signing you are agreeing to follow Oregon State rules, regulations, laws and mandates.
