Your artist can color ahead of time and upload a scan or very clear photo to this form by October 30th, 2024 at 5 PM, or attend Trunk or Treat and color a sheet at the PCL Coloring Lab and turn it in therre!
Finished sheets will then be judged and the winners will be notified and announced on social media on Halloween.
***All coloring contest entries must be submitted to the Fairgrounds office by October 30st, 2024. Only 1 submission per artist. When submitting your colored page, please include the artists first and last name, age, and contact phone number and email.
