Get ready for a culinary adventure at the Josephine County Fair!

We are looking for teams of two consisting of 1 kid (K-5th grades for the 2024 & 2025 school year) and 1 adult (18+) to compete to make the top fair food snack. You will create a delicious fair food using apples and a secret ingredient from our secret pantry. The twist? The kids will select the secret ingredient(s) that you must incorporate into your dish. You'll need to impress our judges with your culinary creativity!

There will be 60 minutes on the clock and you’ll have access to a commercial kitchen, air fryer, and a pantry full of our essentials to make your dish come to life!

Our judges will determine a winner, and 1st place will go home with their very own air fryer!

There will be two competition times, Friday August 9, 2024, and Saturday August 10, 2024 at 5:00 PM. When applying please indicate which competition time you would prefer.
